Scope of Works
Commercial Power Washing
The entire building exterior was professionally cleaned to remove years of accumulated dirt, traffic film, algae, and atmospheric pollutants. This process immediately improved the building’s appearance while preparing surfaces for repair an d decoration.
Render Repairs
Following cleaning, all defective areas of render were identified and repaired. Cracks were opened, treated, and repaired to restore the integrity and appearance of the façade, ensuring a smooth and uniform finish.
Exterior Painting
Once repairs were completed, the building received a full exterior repaint using a high-performance commercial coating system. The new finish provides long-lasting protection against the elements while giving the property a clean, modern appearance.
