Niamh has over 10 years’ experience in project management both in the public and private sector. She spent much of her career working with EY as a management consultant delivering effective solutions for clients to support broad ranging objectives.

Niamh’s strategic approach and results-driven mindset means that she can effectively deliver tailored solutions that optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance service efficiency for clients.

Throughout her career, Niamh has built strong client relationships, to fully understand client requirements and support them efficiently. Her understanding of facilities management services, from building maintenance and energy management to cleaning and security, allows her to align client needs with sustainable and cost-effective solutions.
